Community

Having just spent a fabulous weekend at The Feel Good Festival, I was reminded about the importance of community. Community comes in all shapes and sizes and can be a group in a local area or a group that gather from far and wide that have a common interest, such as The Feel Good Community or the Lotus Dragon community or Clare’s CHATters!

Even though the path we walk must be ours alone to do, it is important that we choose to have a community where we can share, learn, heal and grow alongside. A community that will support us as we progress our road. A community that understands where we might be going. A community that shares our values and ideals. A community that wants the best for us. A community where we can thrive. I have often found that we come across these communities almost by accident and all of a sudden we just know that we belong there. Almost like coming home. We must never be afraid to reach out to these communities. We don’t have to spend every waking hour amongst them, but we should keep in touch and share the joy that such a community can provide. The road we travel may need to be walked alone, but it doesn’t have to be lonely🐉💚
