Reiki 1
If you are interested in learning the art of self healing or wish to simply learn the basics of reiki to practise on friends, family and pets? Then this Usui Reiki Level 1 course is for you…
The course will take place over and evening and two days. We will: -
Learn the philosophy behind reiki
Understand how energy affects your health and wellbeing
Become aware of how to protect and ground your energy
Learn how to practise Reiki for yourself, your friends and family and your pets, amongst other things!

Reiki 2
Are you ready to take your Reiki practice to the next level?
Perhaps you would like to offer Reiki as a paid for treatment, or maybe you would like to raise your personal awareness...
This Level 2 course takes place over an evening and two days and we will: -
Have a quick revision of Level 1
Learn three symbols and how to use them
Discover the art of distance healing
Learn how to conduct a professional consultation
Develop a deeper understanding of your Reiki practice
This course gives plenty of opportunity for practicing your new techniques leaving you confident to start your own Reiki practice.

Reiki 3
This is the final level of reiki training.
You will be attuned and given the final 4 symbols. You will learn how to do both initiation and healing attunements, and learn the skills you need ready to pass the magic of reiki onto others. When we have finished our weekend together, there will be a period of integration and practice. Once this is complete you will be a reiki master teacher!!

Drumming Circle
Penrith
Join us for our monthly drumming circles. Whether you are a seasoned drummer with your own drum or a total beginner with no drum you are welcome! Drumming has so many mental and physical health benefits so why not join our circle and have fun while you heal?
Any drum is welcome, be it a djembe, cajon, bodhran or shamanic drum, handpan or whatever drum you have!
There are plenty of drums to borrow too 🥁🪘💖
The exchange for this circle is £10 per person.
If you bring a friend it is £15 for the two of you!
Empowerment Retreats

Our empowerment retreats will give you tools that will help you to feel yourself and empower you to move forward with confidence to the limitless possibilities that you deserve.

Energy Preservation Workshop
Are you an empath, light worker or sensitive soul?

Come together and learn how we can incorporate the Sacred Medicine Wheel into our every day lives.
We will connect with the Four Directions and immerse ourselves in the Sacred Circle of unity for all who dwell upon the Earth ⭕️🌳🌿🌷🍃🌙🌞💫🔥
This workshop will be outside in nature.
We will also end our time together with a beautiful fire ceremony

Reiki Share
Join us for an evening of sharing the magic of Reiki.
Open to everyone attuned to reiki, no mater your level.
There will be a different theme each month supporting your Reiki journey and helping you take that leap to limitless possibilities.
Exchange is £10 or if you bring a reiki pal it will be £15 for the two of you
Drum Beater Workshop
Are you interested in making your very own drum beater?
Why not come along to one of our workshops?
You will prepare the handle and use basic needle felting techniques to create your beater.
You can bring your own stick or choose from one that has been lovingly collected from the forest floor!

Drumming Meditations
(Castlerigg Stone Circle - summer months only)
Join us as we journey amongst the Sacred Stones at Castlerigg.
Sit back and relax while I play my drum while you journey / meditate.
Fire Ceremony
Fire ceremonies are at the heart of those who follow the Sacred Wheel.
It involves gathering around the sacred fire to release what no longer serves us and invite in what our soul deeply desires. It is also an opportunity to ask for guidance from our ancestors and the spiritual forces of nature.
We host fire ceremonies on the sabbat days and celebrate the wheel of the year.
Cacao Ceremony
A celebration of the magnificent Mama Cacao, these ceremonies are heart opening, healing place where you can embrace your spiritual journey and find a deeper connection to Self and to others.
These ceremonies can be combined with other healing modalities or as a stand-alone ritual.
We run these events throughout the year, but a cacao ceremony can also be brought to your home if you have a group of 6 or more.
