Usui Holy Fire® Reiki Training
Holy Fire® energy is noticeably more refined and comes from a higher level of consciousness. Some of the qualities students have experienced include:

Holy Fire® Karuna Reiki® Master Training
Karuna is a Sanskrit word and is used in Hinduism and Buddhism. It is translanted to mean any action that is taken to diminish the suffering of others and could also be translated as "compassionate action."
Karuna is the motivating quality of all enlightened beings who are working to end suffering on Earth. They continually send an unlimited amount of healing energy and guidance to us, but not all are receptive to it. As you develop Karuna in yourself, not only are you helping others, but you also become more receptive to the Karuna that is being sent by all enlightened beings. Thus your healing is quickened as well.
Karuna Reiki® opens you to work more closely with all enlightened beings. This includes those enlightened ones who are physically present as well as those in spirit.
You must have been a Usui Reiki Master for at least 6 months before you can undertake this training.

Drumming Circle
Join us for our monthly drumming circle. Whether you are a seasoned drummer with your own drum or a total beginner with no drum you are welcome! Drumming has so many mental and physical health benefits so why not join our circle and have fun while you heal?
Any drum is welcome, be it a djembe, cajon, bodhran or shamanic drum, handpan or whatever drum you have!
There are plenty of drums to borrow too 🥁🪘💖
The exchange for this circle is £10 per person.

Reiki Drumming™
Journey
(Castlerigg Stone Circle - March to September)
Join us for Reiki Drumming™ Journey amongst the Sacred Stones at Castlerigg.
Take a comfortable seat, close your eyes and simply receive. As I play the Drum, you'll be guided into a peaceful meditation while Reiki energy flows throughout the journey, creating space for healing, insight and deep relaxation.
Exchange is £10 per person

Return to Earth
Retreats
Return to Earth is a space to step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself, with nature, and with the quiet wisdom that lives beneath the surface of modern living.
Held in a nurturing and welcoming environment, these retreats are an invitation to slow down, soften, breathe deeply, and remember your natural rhythm. A space for connection, conversation, healing, reflection and nourishment, where you are free to simply arrive as you are.
Rooted in the healing presence of the Earth and the power of shared sacred space, Return to Earth offers a chance to pause, reconnect, and return home to yourself.
Each retreat is different and if you have a group of four or more, we can create a bespoke event tailored to your needs!

Join us for an evening of sharing the magic of Reiki.
Open to everyone attuned to reiki, no mater your level or lineage.
There will be a different theme each month supporting your Reiki journey and helping you take that leap to limitless possibilities.

Holy Fire®
Healing Circle
What better way to spend a morning than wrapped in healing love?
We will get cozy on our mats wrapped in blankets while we take a journey into a meditative Holy Fire® healing experience.
There will also be time to share over a cuppa before heading home.
You DO NOT have to be reiki trained to join this experience, it is for everyone to enjoy!
