Connecting for me...

So... Day 1 of my experience blog!!

I woke up this morning with some trepidation of what was ahead of me today as connection for others comes so easily, but actually connecting for me is a completely different story. With this in mind I decided to do some of the Qi Gong I learned in my class yesterday and that certainly got the energy flowing and set me up the for the day.

My mission was to combine a shamanic journey with reiki. This is something that I have never done before and to be honest have had trouble with connecting the two together in my mind. There has been a conflict for some time!!

As it turns out I had nothing to worry about... I met my new guide and reconnected with another and it was just wonderful. We had a chat and I was given some guidance and when I came back there were tears of joy streaming down my face. 💖

I now can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings!!
