When your team set you homework...

I recently had an addition to my team.They are very lovely but they basically came to kick my a**!

After a fabulous morning of Qi Gong followed by an awesome healing session I was set the task of writing an "experience blog" so here it is...

Every day I will be sharing with you my experiences and feelings as I travel on a journey to a deeper connection with spirit. Some days there will be a lot and some days there might only be a couple of words, but all the same I hope you enjoy reading it!
