Last throws of the West

Oh my goodness! Here we are in December already. did anyone else blink and wonder how we got here so quickly? With a little under three weeks until the Solstice this CHOOSEDAY is all about belief. We are in the darkest time of the year. The last throws of the West. A period of looking at all the lessons we have learned. The period of deepest reflection and healing, before we head into the duality of the North. Sometimes, when we are forced to look at things, it can be quite (or very) disheartening. We get the “what else” feelings. When it is dark and gloomy, and we can’t get outside in daylight this can only compound those feelings. And we have the stress of Christmas, and the holidays, and family visits, and even how we might afford the holiday season…

However, it is only less than three weeks until we welcome the return of the Sun. If we think about how quickly the rest of the year has flown by, this period will be gone in the blink of an eye. Perhaps use the lunar cycle to welcome in new thoughts and ideas and to release those last feelings of negativity from our lessons (we have the last of the potent new moon energy today and full moon on 15th). But most importantly, just believe!! Believe that everything will work out for the best. Believe that this too will pass. Believe that the universe has your back. Believe in yourself and your resilience. You’ve got this! And the Sun will be back very soon 🙌🏻☀️🐉💚
