This CHOOSEDAY is all about lessons…

As we progress, and even before we start on our journey through this life, we are, it seems, presented with challenges at every angle. We find things difficult to accomplish, or we have to fight hard for something, listen to other people’s opinions, thoughts and judgments, or it could be something as simple as not putting the cap back on the milk properly!! All these challenges are given to us, that we may learn a lesson from them. The trick with these challenges though, is not to get frustrated by them but more take the positive from each one and move forward, hopefully having learned the lesson that was sent to us. This way, we can continue along our path with greater knowledge and understanding of self, and how other people perceive us. When we have learned the lessons and have that greater understanding, although the lessons never stop coming, they are much easier to handle!! 💖
