This time last year was my final day in full-time employment… and while I didn’t have everything figured out, what I did have was a deep inner knowing that it was time.

There was excitement, absolutely. And alongside it apprehension. But also a natural sense of stepping into something bigger than I’d ever known before. Choosing to leave the security wasn’t easy. It was a decision rooted in trust, growth, and the belief that there was more waiting for me.

This past year has blown me away me in the most incredible ways. From drumming circles and journeying under open skies at Castlerigg, to powerful firewalks, heart-opening retreats, and deeply connected workshops, there have been so many moments where everything just *clicked*. Moments where I’ve felt fully aligned, doing exactly what I’m here to do.

And even in the quieter moments, the ones that asked me to slow down, reflect, and trust more deeply, there has been growth. The kind that builds strength, resilience, and self-belief from the inside out.

Working 1-2-1 with so many of you has been such an honour. Holding space, witnessing your journeys, and teaching Reiki continues to light me up and remind me why I took that leap. Alongside that, I’ve stayed devoted to my own path. More learning, evolving, and investing in myself so I can show up with integrity, care, and authenticity in everything I do.

This path isn’t always simple, but it’s meaningful, it’s aligned, and it’s truly mine.

I’m so grateful for every single one of you. Your support, trust, and openness have helped bring Clare’s CHAT to life in ways I could only have dreamed of. And every day, I wake up feeling thankful that I get to do this work.
