What is normal?

Crikey... where to start! I’m struggling.

I keep literally ”passing out” in my journeys and meditations. I can never remember what happens and then when I come back I feel totally spaced out! All I know is that once the feeling passes I feel very different... I want to reach out and ask “is this normal?” But what is normal? Is there a normal? We are each very unique beings and we all experience things in a different way so how do we know what is normal? I guess as long as it works for us then yes, that is normal!! Perhaps as I move along my path and delve deeper I am going to experience things in a different way, and perhaps at the moment I just don’t need to remember anything, I just need to graciously accept the healing and go with the flow!!

And with that in mind I do have my eye on a lovely piece of malachite... who said crystals weren’t essential items during lockdown? 😂
